Sand Capital is looking for new acquisition opportunities and is well-equipped to analyze loans and real estate, set value, conduct efficient due diligence and close quickly. This has made the company a preferred buyer of loans and challenging real estate. Sand Capital’s primary focus is on value-add retail, with a preference for anchored centers over 100,000 square feet.

Our target purchase price is $500,000 to $50 Million and we are looking for value-add properties with at least 30% vacancy. Sand Capital will purchase assets anywhere in the continental United States, with the exception of the far Northeast and with a preference for the Midwest and the Sunbelt.
